Suitable substrates

plasterboard · plaster · concrete · primed wood

MDF, chipboard, laminated or painted surfaces: only with an adhesive selected for them.

Seven steps

1. 1
   Acclimatise24 h on site, upright, in the packaging. Never flat.

   Prepare the wallClean, dry, level (max 1 mm per 1 m), load-bearing, primed.

   Plan the layout5 mm perimeter gap; dry-fit; start at the bottom row.

   Apply adhesiveGypsum adhesive full-surface, 5 mm, notched trowel, wall and panel back. Never spots or strips.

   Press and alignEven joint 1.5 to 3 mm; wipe off excess adhesive.

   Fill and sandAfter at least 24 h: soft joint filler (not adhesive); sand with grit 600.

   Prime and paintPrime the whole surface, then paint; a spray gun gives the best result.
